Trouble Shooting Tips
Below is a list of error messages to help you better understand your solar inverter and aid the quick fix of a fault related to your Sunny Roo Solar Inverter Model Number SR 1500Tl/SR 2000TL/SR 3000TL/SR 4200Tl/ SR 5000TL Solar Inverter:
|Er00||The DC Bus cannot reach and maintain anticipative charging voltage|
|Er03||The output voltage of the inverter is abnormal|
|Er07 and Er08||The DC Bus inside the inverter is either over (07) or under (08) voltage|
|Er17||EEPROM error on the control board has occurred, the data is incorrect|
|Er19||Capacitators of the DC Bus cannot be discharged|
|Er24||The inverter output current fails to detect|
|Er25 and Er26||There is over current on the DC side of the inverter and error reading is only displayed if the current DC network is larger than specifications|
|Er30||EEPROM error on the control board has occurred, the data is incorrect|

- 1. Disconnect all PV + or PV – cables
- 2. Wait 30 seconds
- 3. Reconnect PV + or PV – after the LCD switches off
